- You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately, after this period we can no longer accept returns.

- The items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
- The original packaging and any labels must be intact.
- When returning, you must include a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase.

4. ** Shipping costs :**
- The costs for returning the item are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or an error has been made by By Salies.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can track the return package.
5. ** Refund :**
- Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you a confirmation via email.
- If your return is approved, we will refund the purchase amount (excluding any shipping costs) within 14 days via the original payment method.
6. ** Exchange :**
- We currently do not offer a direct exchange service. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and return the unwanted item according to our returns policy.
